How Our Policy Works:
It is our upmost priority to ensure the safety of our riders. If for any reason our guides feel it is unsafe for a customer to ride due to any reason we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason for the safety of the rider, the group or the horse.

Weight limit of 250 lbs or less
No Refunds
Rescheduling must be done 48 hours in advance through your booking confirmation email.
